Lead-Free Sn0.7Cu is composed of 99.3% tin, and 0.7% copper.  It is desirable for use in common metal equipment, copper tubes, and copper plates. This product is a conventional type of environmentally-friendly solder by adoption of lead-free soldering technology.

Activated Rosin Flux for cored solder wire was developed for lead-free applications to enable soldering of most common metals.

Our company has obtained Reach certificate and RoHS certificate for lead-free type products, as well SGS certificate. All Sn99.3Cu0.7 lead-free solder wires made by our company can reach the EU RoHS standards.

Application
